Terms of Service (TOS) Effective Date: 10/22/2025 Company Name: Massage Sewa (hereinafter referred to as “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) By booking or using any massage, spa, or wellness services provided by Massage Sewa (online, phone, walk-in, or mobile service), you (“Client”, “User”, “You”) agree to the following Terms of Service: 1. Eligibility You must be 18 years or older to book or receive services. Minors (below 18) must have parental/guardian consent and must be accompanied. You confirm that you do not have any medical condition that prevents you from safely receiving massage services. 2. Nature of Services Massage Sewa provides professional therapeutic and relaxation massage services only. Strictly no sexual, erotic, or illegal services are provided or entertained. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of session without refund, and you may be blacklisted and legally reported. 3. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation Appointments should be booked in advance via website, app, phone, or walk-in. Free rescheduling allowed up to 12 hours before appointment. Last-minute cancellations (under 12 hours) or no-shows are non-refundable. Late arrival beyond 15 minutes may reduce session time without refund. 4. Payments & Pricing Prices are clearly mentioned on the official platform(s). We accept cash, digital wallets, online payment, or card (if available). All payments are final unless otherwise specified in our refund policy. Any promotional, seasonal, or membership pricing is subject to terms. 5. Health & Safety You must inform the therapist of any injury, allergy, medical condition, pregnancy, skin issue, or current medication before the session. We maintain strict hygiene and professional standards. We reserve the right to refuse service if any health/safety risk is detected. 6. Therapist Assignment Specific therapist requests are accepted based on availability. Therapist gender preference can be requested but is not guaranteed. Our team reserves the right to change therapist for operational reasons. 7. Code of Conduct You agree to maintain respectful behavior toward staff and premises. No recording, photography, or harassment is allowed. Misconduct leads to immediate service termination – no refund. 8. Refund & Dispute Policy Refunds are only provided in cases of double payment or service unavailability. Service dissatisfaction must be reported immediately after session. Issues reported after leaving the premises will not be eligible for reconsideration. 9. Liability Disclaimer Massage Sewa is not liable for any pre-existing injury or medical complications. You accept services at your own risk and agree to follow all professional guidance. We are not liable for lost or stolen personal belongings. 10. Privacy & Data Protection Your personal data is secure and confidential. Information is used strictly for booking, communication, and service improvement. We do not sell or share data to third parties without consent. 11. Modification of Terms We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of services automatically means acceptance of updated Terms. 12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be settled under Nepal legal jurisdiction. By booking or continuing to use Massage Sewa services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. vvv
