Welcome to Massage Sewa (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing, booking, or using any service through our website, mobile application or physical location, you (“user”, “customer”, or “client”) agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Service Nature

Massage Sewa provides professional relaxation and therapeutic massage services only.
We strictly prohibit any illegal, sexual, or inappropriate activity. Any such request will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

2. Eligibility

You must:

Be 18 years or older

Not suffer from any medical condition that makes massage unsafe

Provide accurate and truthful information during booking

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

3. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings must be made through our official platform or physical location.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 3 hours in advance.

Failure to show up may result in full service charge or non-refundable deposit.

4. Payment & Pricing

Prices are displayed clearly before booking.

We accept Cash, Digital Wallets, Bank Transfer, and Other Accepted Modes.

All payments are final and non-refundable except in cases of service failure from our side.

Taxes, government charges, or additional fees may apply.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Request or engage in any illegal or sexual act

Harass or misbehave with staff

Damage company property or reputation

Record, film, or photograph staff without prior permission

Any violation may lead to legal action.

6. Health & Safety

You are responsible for informing us about any allergies, injuries, or medical conditions before the massage.

We are not liable for any harm or injury arising from undisclosed medical conditions.

We maintain strict hygiene and therapist professionalism.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Massage Sewa will not be liable for:

Personal decision or dissatisfaction-based refund demands

Delays caused by traffic, natural events, power failure, or third-party issues

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Privacy Policy

All user information is kept confidential and secure.
We may collect personal data only to improve service, booking, quality experience, and legal compliance.

9. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute will be handled under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
